We started Mac's on a simple belief: people who choose to live in small towns shouldn't have to give up the conveniences that make everyday life easier.
We love small-town living. We love the quiet roads, the slower pace, and evenings spent at home instead of fighting traffic or navigating crowded stores. It's the life we chose, and the one we want our neighbors to keep enjoying.
But life gets busy. Work is demanding. Families juggle schedules. Sometimes the last thing anyone wants to do after a long day is make another trip for groceries, dinner, a return, or an everyday errand. Like many people, we value our time — and we know we're not alone.
In larger cities, many of those conveniences are already there — someone else can make the trip for you. In rural Southeast Nebraska, they often are not. That's the gap we built Mac's to close.
What Mac's is really delivering
Our goal isn't simply to complete deliveries and services. It's to give people something even more valuable: time.

Locally owned, personally run
As a locally owned business, we're committed to dependable, friendly service while supporting residents, local businesses, and the Johnson County community. There's no call center and no app to download — requests are reviewed by a real person who knows the roads, the towns, and the people.
That's also why nothing is auto-booked. Submitting a request does not guarantee availability. Mac will personally review the details and call or text to confirm.
It's also why we're building this the way we are. We want a business that allows us to grow without taking time away from family, home, and what matters most — because that's exactly what we're trying to give back to everyone we serve.
How Mac's is starting
All Phase 1 services are available exclusively in Johnson County. Staying close to home is what lets us build real relationships with residents and with local and regional businesses, while keeping the service dependable.
Individual services may have more specific coverage limits — you can see each one on the pricing page or in the service-area section.
If you run a restaurant, store, pharmacy, clinic, church, farm, or workplace in the area, Mac's is also open to local partnerships.
With roots in the community and eyes on the future, Mac's is proud to deliver convenience, connection, and care — right where it's needed most.
